The state of Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott’s relationship
It’s been more than two months since Jenner and Scott broke up, but their split didn’t change the way they parent their daughter. The two have put their egos to the side and prioritized family time for the sake of Stormi. Jenner and Scott came together to celebrate both Halloween and Thanksgiving — and Christmas reportedly won’t be any different.
“They celebrate all the big holidays together with Stormi. It was the same for Thanksgiving — Travis was invited to Kris’ Palm Springs house,” a source told People on Dec. 1.
At some point during Thanksgiving weekend, Scott visited a casino with Jenner and her family. A source told E! News that Jenner and Scott seemed to be on “great terms” and having a blast.
“They seemed very close,” an alleged eyewitness told the outlet. “There was no PDA or anything romantic, but they seemed happy to be together. Kylie and Travis whispered in each other’s ears a lot and laughed. They were having a good time. They all headed back to Kris’s house for the night.”
“Kylie and Travis are good,” an insider added to People. “They get along and seem happy whenever they are together. They are all about making sure Stormi has a happy life.”
Why did Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott break up?
Sources confirmed on Oct. 1 that Jenner and Scott had decided to end their relationship. The pair had dated for more than two years after meeting at Coachella in April 2017.
Some insiders claimed that they split due to their conflicting interests and schedules. While Jenner allegedly wanted to settle down and have another baby, Scott reportedly wished to focus on his music career.
“They are very, very in love, but she’s 22, and her whole life is Stormi and her business and her family. She’s not wanting to be a normal rapper’s wife,” a source told Us Weekly on Oct. 8. “He’s still young and at the recording studio late. She usually goes to bed early. They have different lifestyles,” the insider continued.
It apparently wasn’t a messy split. Sources told People that Jenner and Scott broke up as soon as they realized their relationship wasn’t working and agreed to remain friends.
“They are both great parents and will co-parent. They don’t want their split to affect Stormi too much,” an insider told People on Oct. 2. “As soon as they felt they couldn’t figure out their issues, they decided to separate so their disagreements won’t affect Stormi.”
