The Best Looks At The 2020 SAG AWARDS

The 2020 SAG Awards is always a fun show. For one, the only prizes given out are for acting, so you don’t have to suffer through a laundry list of confusing production categories. They move pretty quickly. And all your favorite celebrities actually show up. The 2020 SAG Awards, held on January 19, was no exception. Everyone from Reese Witherspoon to Jennifer Lopez made time for the 2020 SAG Awards—and they dressed for the occasion.

The red carpet was stacked with so many memorable looks. Bold colors, interesting cuts, plus stellar hair and makeup choices. In fact, I’d venture to say the Screen Actors Guild Awards red carpet is the best one from awards season…so far. We still have the Grammys and Oscars to go, of course, and you know celebrities will turn it out for those events too.

But for now, let’s celebrate the best looks from the 2020 SAG Awards. See our picks, below.

May we all strive to be as fabulous as Erivo in this bold pink custom Schiaparelli and Christian Louboutin accessories.

Waller-Bridge has been the breakout star this awards season, and we’re glad to see her leaning into it with this Armani Privé sleek crop top and sequins.

Millie Bobby Brown

Millie Bobby Brown may have earned her celebrity status by starring in Stranger Things, but her red-carpet style is a close second. Here she wears a gorgeous white Louis Vuitton suit with Cartier jewelry.

Sophie Turner

Was Turner’s Louis Vuitton gown inspired by Kacey Musgraves’ Barbie-inspired look for the 2019 Met Gala? Hard to say, but we like it.

Zoë Kravitz

Only someone as stylish as Kravitz can make a look as classic as white gloves and a column dress (a custom creation by Oscar de la Renta) seem new.

Reese Witherspoon

Bold lip. Sparkle. Leg. Witherspoon, seen here wearing Celine by Hedi Slimane and Harry Winston diamonds, knows the key ingredients to solid red-carpet style.

Jennifer Lopez

Lopez has been making the most of this awards season—and for the SAG Awards she turned up in a dramatic Georges Hobeika gown, Casadei heels, and Harry Winston jewels.

Nicole Kidman

Winona returned to the red carpet looking glorious (and a little goth) in this Dior look.

Applegate’s dramatic Monique Lhuillier gown and sky-high Christian Louboutin heels are a fitting look given that she’s nominated for her role in the soapy drama Dead to Me.

Catherine O’Hara

Steve Granitz

The Schitt’s Creek star has been pulling out some high-fashion looks this awards season and this Marc Jacobs dress is one of her best.

Natalia Dyer

The Stranger Things star dazzled in this gold Saint Laurent gown.

Gwendoline Christie

The Game of Thrones star is never afraid to go there on a red carpet. For the 2020 SAG Awards, she kept that going with a voluminous black Rick Owens dress.

Margaret Qualley

We can’t resist a suiting moment on the red carpet, and shout out to Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actor Qualley for offering a fresh take in Chanel.
