As the smallest part of a New York Fashion week runway look, jewelry can be too easily overlooked. Ignore at your own peril, though, as designers aren’t likely to waste the extra creative energy turning out something so-so. Instead, the earrings, necklaces, and assorted baubles can be statement making on their own (and perfectly complete a designer’s overall vision).
