Firstly, leggings are one of the most versatile wardrobe staples. So,Knowing how to style them makes them an easy go-to on any brisk autumn morning. The most important that With fabrics ranging from faux leather or denim to cotton and modern, luxe stretch, leggings can work for any occasion! Whether you’re heading to the office on a casual Friday.Styling them for date night or traveling in your comfiest pair. So, making it work is all in the details!
Here are Some of my favorite ways to wear leggings:
Leggings with Oversized Sweater and Flats :
Grab a cozy oversized sweater (think minidress length) and pop it on over your leggings. I like to wear mine with a form fitted camisole or tank underneath to feel something closer to my skin. Which is a plus for those colder mornings. Add a cute pair of flats and you’re ready for the day!
Longline Cardigan and Pumps
This look really dresses up a pair of leggings and makes them appropriate for the boardroom on a Friday or a dinner out. I like a longline cardigan for this because it provides coverage without adding bulk.
Faux Fur Coat and Pumps
This is a great look with leggings and the pumps make me feel sexy and date night ready! It’s also enough to keep me warm when it gets brisk and chilly, and creates a nice balance with the heavier top and skinny, streamlined bottom.
Coat and Sneakers
When I’m traveling or doing a lot of walking, leggings are the perfect layer worn with comfy sneakers. That to power through my day in style and ease. I like a neutral color palette of blacks, whites and grays for traveling because each piece goes easily with pretty much everything else I’ve packed. But I also like to punch it up sometimes with a splash of color, perhaps a bright scarf to match my lipstick.
Utility Jacket, Tee and Flats
I love leggings combined with a utility jacket, tee and flats. That when I want to look casual but put together. Depending on the fabric of the leggings, this look is easily dressed up or down. So, Paired with flats, it’s a perfect look for weekend brunch or running errands.
FEMININE BLOUSE, BLAZER + PUMPS
I love the look of a soft, feminine blouse under a structured blazer. Also, with leather-look leggings, it really takes the ensemble up a notch. The edginess of the faux leather balances really nicely with the softer feeling of the top, and the blazer and pumps give it a sophisticated finish. So, i love this look for business meetings when I want to feel confident and powerful, or for going from the office to an event after work.
